BodyTech Mt Eden has moved to new premises at 8 Nugent St, Grafton.
The Nugent St facility focuses on what we do best - time-efficient Supervised Training™ programmes. Everything is designed to ensure functionality and is an improvement on our old Normanby Rd location. As well as continuing to offer our Supervised Training™ programmes, we have extra showers in our our changing rooms, digital lockers, better temperature control, and our pool area is more private. We still offer sauna and steam rooms and a small group exercise studio. Our new services include reformer Pilates reformer, BSDI fitness assessmentf and Bodymetrix ultrasound body composition software. We have also fitted the supplementary area out with new Hoist and Ivanko free weight equipment and Roc.it machines.
Specific health issues such as obesity, osteoporsis, high blood pressure, cholesterol, and lower back pain can be addressed in BodyTech's Supervised Training™ 30 minute programmes and specialised MedFit service.

5.45am - 9.00pm Monday to Friday
7.00am - 5.00pm Saturday
9.00am - 5.00pm Sunday
