BodyTech Spa is open to both members and non members of BodyTech's Supervised Training Gyms. BodyTech offers a balanced, holistic approach to health and wellbeing. We believe that taking time to spa is a necessity, not a luxury because it enhances wellbeing, supports a healthy lifestyle and promotes quality of life.We have treatments designed just for men and women . All spa clients are invited to use  private steam, sauna, spa pool and heated 25m lap pool before their appointment.

All treatments and products listed are available as beautifully wrapped gift vouchers. For last minute gift ideas we can even courier. Phone purhases by credit card are welcome.

Spa Etiquette

  • Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment to allow time for a full consultation.This allows the therapist to tailor make your treatment according to your needs and will determine any medical conditions that might contra indicate the treatment.For the comfort of other guests we respectfully request that all mobile phones are switched off whilst visiting BodyTech Spa.
  • Please note: we adhere to a prompt appointment schedule.This means if you are late, we can unfortunately only offer you the time remaining on your treatment slot
  • All spa guests must be 13 years of age or older.
  • Gift vouchers cannot be returned or refunded. All sales are final for gift vouchers. Gift Vouchers are vaild six months after the purchase date.
  • Please note we kindly accept the following:EFTPOS, Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Amex.

Cancellation Policy

BodyTech Spa  is by appointment only, your appointment is time reserved exclusively for you and we request that you acknowledge and respect our cancellation policy.

If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, we require a minimum of 24-hours notice. If you need to cancel your appointment please call the Spa at  09 623 9575.  

Please keep in mind that "No-shows" or last minute cancellations leave our Therapists with empty appointment times as well as other guests that can not get in but could have made it.

Because of this, clients that do not honour their appointments will be charged a 50% cancellation fee of their allocated treatment time.
