BodyTech provides a range of alternative classes which utilise the best of ancient Eastern and modern Western principles such as Tai Ji, Yoga, Qigong, and Pilates.

These are an excellent way of dealing with and diminishing personal and work related stresses, keeping life in perspective and increasing your inner calmness.
