BodyTech HIT™ Personalised Training is the next step in high intensity training and achieves superior results with shorter and fewer workouts. Intensity is how hard you make your muscles work. When you increase the intensity of your workout your body responds and prepares for the next time. Increasing intensity is the most efficient way to train.
You train harder, rest longer and get the best results in the least amount of time. However, high intensity training is not easy and you have to be careful to get the right balance and not over train. That’s when a Personal Trainer can really help. They’re an incredible source of motivation and because it’s one-on-one, they can make sure you always train at your optimal level.
They will also use advanced techniques that are not practical in a standard workout to get your body to respond even better.
Whether you are training towards a particular goal, lack motivation, or simply need an appointment to get you to the gym, a Personal Trainer is for you! A Personal Trainers primary goals are to motivate you and keep you safe. Your Personal Trainer is there to help you achieve the goals, what ever they are.
Personal Training can be purchased in single sessions or blocks of ten. You can request a Personal Trainer of your choice, and have the freedom at any time to change the number of sessions you have per week (you may complete one session with your trainer and one or two sesions on your own through out a week, or visa versa).
Before your Personal Trainer can start your programme, you need to complete a BodyTech PNA™ (Personal Needs Analysis) session together. Developing meaningful goals is an important part of an effective Personal Training programme. During this 30 minute session your Trainer listens to what you want to achieve and helps you decide on the best approach for going forward.
The result is a customised strategy and a real feeling of purpose and commitment. Return for another session when you reach your current goals and set new ones.
The reason most people put on fat in the first place is because they lose muscle. The great thing about muscle is that it burns fuel even when resting. This is what we call having a fast metabolism. By developing muscle, you are speeding up your metabolism and increasing your ability to burn calories and reduce fat.
If you are a woman and asked this question, the simple answer is no. You may prefer to call the visual effect of your training as ‘muscle toning and defining’. A defined look requires a minimum of fat, combined with ‘selective‘ muscular development. Eating, exercising and resting in the right amounts are necessary to produce this look.
Intensity is relative and everyone is different. Before you begin, we’ll take you through a Personal Needs Analysis session where you can address any concerns you have and your Personal Trainer can help you develop a programme customised to your personality and capabilities.
BodyTech FIT™ is a one hour training session where you can combine any of the fitness components to suit your fitness goals: strength and cardiovascular; strength and flexibility; or strength, cardiovascular and flexibility. Whether you want to be stronger, flexible or have more endurance a BodyTech FIT™ session can help you reach your goals.
A strong core relieves or eliminates back pain, improves balance and posture, and develops a feeling of ‘youthfulness’ throughout your body. The Personalised Spine™ workout uses a series of biomechanically precise exercise machines specifically designed to target, isolate, and strengthen spinal muscle groups and improve flexibility.
Your Personal Trainer will refine your technique for the safest and most effective workout. This means better and faster results than doing it on your own. You will begin to feel positive results at once.
