High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) has been shown to significantly reduce fat, especially deep abdominal fat, as well as total body mass.

A study1 by the University of Ontario found that if you spend half an hour walking, you’ll burn 100 calories, 85 of which will come from your fat stores. Go for a 30-minute jog and in the same time you’ll burn 200 calories. Use that same half-hour doing HIIT, however, and more than 500 calories will be burned off, 150 of which will be from fat.

The truth is, high intensity exercise is a more effective fat burner. BodyTech’s soon to be introduced Fast Cardio exercise programme combines high intensity, calorie-torching periods of activity with low intensity recovery periods for significantly faster results
